Really good stay, attentive staff!

This hotel has EXCELLENT staff. They remembered my name. The rooms were cleaned daily. Fresh towels were provided along with new toothbrushes and water each day. The atmosphere felt safe and comforting, given the constant attention from the staff.

I noticed the bathroom lighting could be a LITTLE brighter. This is just a minor point.

The hotel has two large pools that allow guests to find tranquility. These pools are cleaned regularly, maintaining a calm atmosphere. Guests can relax by the pool at 7am while listening to birds singing.

Rooms are well kept and new. Beds are VERY comfortable. The rooms are decorated tastefully. The hotel provides quiet environment, even though it is close to the street.

The staff is warm and kind. They were great too ensure i had a smooth stay. The staff members were always attentive and friendly. Their investment in making my stay enjoyable was clear.

The location is pretty good. it is close to many bars and restaurants. the rooms are very clean. towels were refreshed daily. I did like that detail.

I found some aspects to be impractical. i was on the ground floor, and the pool pump was really noisy. the bathroom had far too little light. That was a little annoying.

The room offered comfortable accommodation. I found the provided toiletries to be of a local brand, a nice touch. The room was redone every day and ALWAYS pristine.
